The scholarship aims to advance understanding of decentralised technologies' potential to solve complex problems. When applying a written essay has to be attached to the application.

The aim of the scholarship is to contribute to improving the quality of education by supporting outstanding master's level students at the University of Tartu who conduct their research at the border of different scientific disciplines.
