The aim of the scholarship fund is to ensure the participation of renowned researchers and lecturers of Estonian descent working abroad in the activities of the University of Tartu for at least one year or, as an exception, for one semester.

The aim of the scholarship is to support the research and popularisation of Anni's research topics – academic text writing and the development of grammatical units – at the University of Tartu.

The aim of the prize is to support and recognise students and young researchers who are socially active, contribute to the advancement of Estonian society through their outstanding academic and research work, and have made a significant contribution to understanding the cultural nature of humans through their research.
