University of Tartu Scholarship for Ukraine 2026

Scholarship description:

The aim of the scholarship is to support talented and motivated Ukrainian students who demonstrate strong academic performance. 

Number and amount of scholarships:

Up to 10 scholarships of 1000 euros.

Application requirements:

The scholarship is eligible to students at the University of Tartu with Ukrainian citizenship, who are studying based on the study programmes of first and second level of higher education, and whose studies are taking place in Estonia, except when they have been admitted to study abroad.

The applicant’s academic success and the purpose of using the scholarship will be taken as a basis for granting the scholarship.

To apply, you must submit an electronic scholarship application, including:

• a motivation letter (up to 1,500 characters, including spaces) explaining how you plan to use the scholarship to support your academic goals
