Support campaign marking the 80th anniversary of the birth of Professor Peeter Tulviste

The campaign collects donations for the Professor Peeter Tulviste Memorial Fund, which offers scholarships for individuals studying or working at the University of Tartu, who have master's or doctoral degree and who have made a significant contribution to the understanding of the cultural nature of people through their research.

Professor Peeter Tulviste's research focuses on the connections between culture and thinking. He was particularly fascinated by the question of how much the nature, psyche and actions of people change over the course of history. The Professor Peeter Tulviste Memorial Fund in 2017 was established by the University of Tartu, Tartu City Government, Tartu Rotary Club, Estonian Psychologists' Association and University of Tartu Foundation to commemorate the memory of Professor Peeter Tulviste, who was the rector of the University of Tartu and a prominent social figure

We invite you to support the memorial fund. The aim of the campaign is to multiply the size of the fund in order to increase the size of the research prize to at least 7,000 euros (previously 5,000 euros) and to also award an additional master's thesis prize of 3,000 euros.
