Council

The main directions of the activity of the University of Tartu Foundation are planned by a 6 to 8 member Council. The Council organises the management of the Foundation and monitors its activity. The agreement of the Council is required in case of all transactions related to usage and disposal of large-scale assets.

Foundation’s Council was elected on June 15, 2012 and according to the Statute, the term of office of the elected Council is 4 years.

Council of the Foundation:

The Council of the Foundation is re-elected in every 4 years: one member is appointed by the Council of the University of Tartu and one member is appointed by the Senate of the University of Tartu, and the rest of the members are elected by the supporters.
